Seventeen year old mary leonard and her boyfriend, ricky beard were reported missing on 08/24/79 after they were out on a date. The vehicle they were in was found in the 600 block of west portage trail on 08/25/79 with bullet holes. On 05/29/85 in the 2800 block of riverview road, the remains of ricky & mary were found in a field by a construction worker.
