On 1-6-2016 at approximately 8:33 pm, cpd officers were called to the area of 2323 marcia drive on the report of a man lying on the sidewalk. Upon arrival, the officers found a single male victim critically injured from what appeared to be a gunshot wound. Cfd medic 16 was summoned to the scene and pronounced the victim, later identified as eddie e. Lovely, deceased at 8:44 pm.
