On tuesday, august 6, 2024, at around 7:00 a.M., north precinct officers were dispatched to 920 2nd street north on report of a person down.Officers arrived on the scene and observed the victim unresponsive.The victim has been identified as:erving gray, (49), b/m, of birmingham, alabama.Birmingham fire and rescue personnel arrived and pronounced the victim deceased.The victim was shot on tuesday, september 15, 1992.The jefferson county medical examiner’s office reports the victim suffered a severe seizure because of his gunshot injury.
