Description: Officers were dispatched to 1700 Delco Park Drive on a welfare check. During the investigation, Officers contacted (B/M/38) , who was found to have an active felony warrant out of Clark County for Failure to Appear on a Felony CCW charge. The warrant was confirmed, and Oldham was taken into custody. During a search incident to arrest, officers recovered a firearm that was determined to be stolen. As a result, Oldham was additionally charged with felony Receiving Stolen Property (Firearm) and Having Weapons While Under Disability.
