On may 18, 1973, members of the denver police department responded to a residence near the intersection of west 4th avenue and bannock street on a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, mr. William lucero was located near his baker neighborhood home. He had been shot to death. The suspect(s) responsible for the murder of mr. Lucero have yet to be identified.
