On sunday, february 27, 2005 at approximately 1:23 a.M. The victims alex talavera, mark ortiz and another hispanic male were driving in the area of 4th avenue and alta vista. The suspect vehicle drove alongside the victim’s vehicle and someone inside the vehicle began shooting at the victims. Alex and mark were struck by gunfire and died at the scene. The other passenger was not injured. The suspect vehicle fled westbound on alta vista. Investigators are seeking any information regarding this incident.Agency
