On december 5, 1978 the victim was at his residence located at 1326 s. Indian. The victim was suppose to pickup his wife who was at work at 1630 hours. When he did not show up she called the residence and spoke to her son. The son told her that daddy was hurt and bleeding. His wife came home and discovered that the victm was in bad shape. Victim was transported to the hospital where he died from a gunshot wound.Agency
