Description: The Male Victim And Female Victim Were Entering The Business When The Male Suspect Allegedly Threw Food Items At The Female Victim. The Victims And Suspect Briefly Left The Scene Before Returning In Their Vehicles. When The Male Victim Exited His Vehicle, The Male Suspect, Who Was Then Sitting Outside The Business, Demanded His Cellphone. A Verbal Dispute Ensued And The Victims Went Inside The Store While The Suspect Caused Property Damage To The Victims' Vehicle Before Fleeing The Scene In His Vehicle.
