On july 28, 1993, officers responded to east montview boulevard and niagara street after receiving a report of a shooting and a vehicle that crashed into a yard. Upon arrival the officers located 43 year old louis roth, iii inside the vehicle, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Mr. Roth had been shot by unknown suspects while driving his vehicle.
