On december 21, 2017, at approximately 1624 hours, officers were dispatched to a shooting. Officers located scott in the yard of 800 victoria ave. Suffering from a gunshot wound to his lower back. Scott was pronounced deceased at the hospital at approximately 1803 hours. Scott was last seen walking from the 7-11 onto cherry avenue towards victoria blvd. A black 2dr sedan and a maroon suv were seen passing scott just prior to him being shot.Agency
