On wednesday, october 11, 2006, at 11:27 pm, virginia beach police emergency dispatchers received a call from virginia wesleyan college requesting emergency medical personnel and police respond for an injured security guard. Police and paramedics arrived on scene to find walter (“wally”) zakrzewski deceased. He was on duty at the time of this death.Agency
