Campbell's car was seen at 0200 hours on 06-01-1996 near where her body was found. Her vehicle was found several days before the body, ransacked and vandalized in a wooded area approximately 1 mile from the body recovery site. Her badly decomposed body was found in the river near the bridge. The suspect is a white male, 30, dark complexion, dark pants, white button down shirt.Agency
