Officers responded to a report of a shooting at an apartment in the capitol hill neighborhood. Upon arrival, they located the victim who sustained a gunshot wound. The victim was immediately transported to a local hospital, but unfortunately did not survive. The suspect(s) responsible for the murder of lawrence williams have yet to be identified.
