On the evening of november 2, 1983, on the 1100 block of logan street, the denver fire department responded to the santa rita apartment complex on a report of a structure fire. Most of the tenants were successfully evacuated before the building was engulfed in flames. However, after the fire was extinguished, two residents of a second floor apartment were found deceased. The victims were identified as 23 year old lori ann seipp and her spouse, kevin landon. The arson deaths of mrs. Seipp and mr. Landon were investigated as homicides. Anyone with information regarding this case, is asked to please contact the denver police department.
