On august 4, 1985, at 9:00 a.M., the victim, raymond turner, was shot in the head while standing inside his apartment located in the 1600 block of beeler street. The victim leased the apartment with two other individuals. An unknown black male was seen running westbound from the apartment. Earlier in the day, one of the roommates reported two black males attempted to rob him at gunpoint in the apartment.
