Rodriguez was last seen at approximately 1730 hours, on ne 39th avenue between ne 15th street and waldo road, walking eastbound towards waldo road. At 2147 hours, on 05-29-98, rodriguez's body was found in the shallow waters of newnan's lake at the 6000 block of lake shore drive, gainesville, fl.
