Towana lewis, a 17 year old, was last seen on september 8, 1988, at prospect lake. On september 11, 1988, her body was discovered in a ditch off of goldfield road near the widefield subdivision. The autopsy revealed the cause of death was asphyxiation. Anyone with information regarding this case, is asked to please contact the el paso county sheriff's office.
