On june 27th, 2009 at approximately 1:56 am yuma police officer were Dispatched to the 2400 block of west 3rd street in reference to shots being Fired. Upon arrival officers found enrique luna lying in a driveway with A gunshot wound to his neck. Luna was transported to yuma regional Medical center where he later died.Agency
