On may 28, 1987, denver police officers received a call from a friend of 42 year old dalton munn. The friend was concerned because he had been unable to reach dalton for several days; officers went to dalton's capitol hill studio apartment located on the 1300 block of steele street. They found mr. Dalton munn deceased. It was determined dalton, who was a freelance writer for the denver journal, had been stabbed to death.
