He had attended a new years eve party at the sunset and was exiting the building when he was shot by a suspect who was positioned just outside the door, on the sidewalk. Despite a large crowd being present, nobody came forward to identify a suspect. Detectives do have a suspect but need the assistance of witnesses in order to prosecute the offender.Agency
