On october 25, 1983 tracy forquer was located outside of a residence on e. Oakland avenue. Tracy had been stabbed several times. Tracy forquer was only 22 years old and had her whole life ahead of her, when it was cut short. She was very beautiful, social, and loved all of her friends in the lansing area. Tracy was from a large family as she was the 6th out of 8 children. At the time of her murder, she had a precious 1-year old daughter. Tracy’s family was just as important to her as she was to them and she is missed so much still to this day.Agency
