On saturday, march 22, 2003, henrico police responded to 3809 ruslander court for an unconscious male on the floor of the residence. Officers arrived and located the victim, marquis jones, deceased. The victim was transported to the medical examiner's office for further examination. The medical examiner determined the cause of death to be from a gunshot wound.Agency
