Description: Nasire Best, 21, of Maryland approached a White House security checkpoint, pulled a gun from his bag, and opened fire. Secret Service agents returned fire, wounding the suspect, who was taken to the hospital and died. Another person was also struck by gunfire. Best had multiple previous run-ins with the Secret Service.
