Description: Argument. Responded to location for a report of a male and female arguing. Arrived at location and observed them arguing. Stayed on scene using thermal camera to watch as the two were arguing. Kept updates going to patrol as they were responding. During the observation, observed the male throw the female to the ground. Stayed in the area until the male was detained and later arrested.
