On 04/27/2006, Investigator responded to 106 S. Central Street and found the victim suffering from a gunshot. Victim located in the back of the parking lot near Willow Avenue in the Old City. Victim had been in the club Red Iguana in the Old City. Altercation led to victim and his friends leaving the club and the fight spilled out into parking lot where the victim was shot.Agency
