On january 12, 2002, derrick adams and melinda hobbs (25 yrs) were found stabbed in derrick's home on riverview. Derrick adams had a kind heart and would do anything for anyone who was in need. He was not only great a storyteller, but he was great at acting those stories out and they got better each time he told them. He loved dogs, fishing, playing video games and listening to his music. Derrick could lighten up any room with his goofiness. He loved his children, family, and friends. He will always be loved and truly missed by all who knew him.
