Info

On august 9, 1997, at 11:53 a.M., officers of the aurora police department were dispatched to 1144 yosemite street on a death investigation. Officers discovered elderly white male, lying on his left side in a severely contorted position. Witnesses were contacted and advised the elderly male had become involved in a verbal confrontation with a black female described by one as 5'6'', 130 pounds, thin build, black hair, brown eyes, with slight acne on her face. The same witness advised the black female entered the elderly male's vehicle, put the key in the ignition and started the car while the man was still talking to her and attempting to pull her out of the car. The female revved the engine, placed the car into gear while the elderly male was hanging onto the vehicle. The vehicle ultimately ran over and killed mr. Neiens. Throughout this case, numerous interviews have been conducted with individuals who may have had ties to mr. Neiens. No leads could be confirmed through these interviews. Anyone with information regarding this case, is asked to please contact the aurora police department.
