On Sunday October 5th, 2008, victim Ronald McKellar was struck by an unidentified vehicle as he attempted to cross Pacific Ave. Near the intersection of 72nd St. In Tacoma. Investigators believe the victim was dragged several blocks by the vehicle before the suspect fled the area.
