On june 8, 2001, 24-year-old marcus harris was at hollywood legends, 5255 w 6th ave, with a friend. At bar closing time, he was sitting on the hood of his car when two or three unidentified black males approached him. One of the males pulled a gun and fired one round point blank at harris.
