On august 16, 1994, in the early morning hours, fishermen near the las vegas boat harbor discovered a metal trash can floating in the lake. Upon closer inspection, they discovered it was attached to a human body. The fishermen notified law enforcement. Upon arrival of homicide detectives, it was determined the victim, later identified as 34-year-old christopher scott huffman, died from multiple gunshot wounds. It’s believed huffman died shortly before he was discovered in the lake.Agency
