Victim was walking with his girlfriend in the 1500 blk of osceola street. The girlfriend went to the house and she became involved in an argument with another unknown female. During the argument, an unknown male appeared and the victim charged this male. The unknown male fired at the victim, striking joshua medina. Paramedics transported the victim to the hospital where he died as a result of his injuries.Agency
