On may 19, 2005 at about 12:30 am david cooper-powell was driving his vehicle on strong st. Near norton st. When he was shot multiple times. He ultimately died from his injuries on july 2, 2005. Investigators developed several leads in the investigation indicating cooper-powell was the intended target and was likely shot over an ongoing dispute. The investigation has stalled and investigators need those individuals with knowledge of the murder of cooper-powell to come forward.Agency
