Mr. Locklear was burned over 97% of his body apparently as a result of a confrontation involving two suspects and died later that evening. A supplemental reward contribution has been made by the sisters of the victim, mrs. Debbie cain and mrs. Therese kohlmeyer, in the amount of $500.00 bringing the total possible reward up to $1,500.00 for information leading to an arrest and/or charges in the case.
