Description: Delaware State Police arrested James Bell (39) of Camden DE on multiple felony charges including possession of firearm by prohibited person, carrying concealed deadly weapon, receiving stolen firearm, DUI, possession of controlled substances (cocaine and heroin), and endangering welfare of a child. A 36-year-old female passenger was issued criminal summons for criminal impersonation and possession of drug paraphernalia. A loaded stolen handgun was recovered from the vehicle. Bell committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on $57700 cash bond.
