On october 15, 2018, at approximately 2042 hours, officers were dispatched to a shots fired complaint in the area of 2619 kecoughtan road. Officers arrived and located behny surrounded by a large crowd. Officers attempted to place a tourniquet on behny who was suffering from gunshot wounds. Behny was speaking on the ambulance ride to the hospital but encountered issues later at the hospital where he died from his injuries. Before passing, behny told officers he was attempting to meet with a black male he met via facebook prior to him being shot.Agency
