At approximately 10:15 p.M., on friday, december 20, rpd officers were called to the 2000 block of north 29th street for a report of a person shot. When they arrived they quickly located a black male, monte banks, 35, of the 2000 block of north 29th street, lying outside on the ground. He had been shot.
