On may 22, 2012 at 1422 hrs. Richmond dec received a call for a person shot in the 3000b of barton ave. At 1424 hrs. Unit 409, sgt. Broadnax arrived on scene. When he arrived on scene he observed a b/m lying on the sidewalk. Raa unit 496 peter mackerlic & chrystal marche responded to the scene and pronounced the victim dead at 1429 hrs.
