On january 15, 1999 just before 6:47 a.M. Richard tapia was shot and killed by the suspect at 13625 s. 48th street. Richard and a roommate were locking up their apartment while another roommate waited in the truck. The roommate in the truck heard gunshots and saw the listed suspect, but could not identify him. The roommate got out of the truck to check on richard and found him lying on the ground.Agency
