On thursday, august 2, 2018, at approximately 6:25 am, c.P.D. Officers and medics responded to 963 sullivant avenue on a report of a person laying outside in the yard of the residence. Officers arrived and found 44yr old guy devito unresponsive. The victim was subsequently pronounced deceased, at approximately 6:32 am, by c.F.D. Medic #10. On friday, august 3, 2018, the victims' death was ruled a homicide by the coroner's office.Agency
