Upon arrival, officers located a male black victim lying in the parking lot suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim, 57yr old richard lane was transported to a local area hospital by medic 15 in critical condition. Unfortunately, the victim succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at 2:02am.Agency
