On tuesday, 1-27-2009, at 1: 45 p.M., mr. Dennis curry was in the basement of his home in the 4600 block of n. 28th street, when his (friend) came by to obtain some laundry detergent.. This friend had parked in the rear of 4600 n.28th street, leaving his girlfriend to wait for his return. Once the friend entered the residence, two unknown person’s approached the parked vehicle and at gun point ordered the girlfriend from the vehicle. They quietly waited by the back door until the boyfriend came and opened the door. The suspect’s then forced their way to the victim’s located. The two suspect’s then ordered the friend and his girlfriend to the basement floor, before demanding money, from the victim. The victim cooperated with no resistance. Suddenly the suspect fired several shots at the victim, which took his life.
