Description: Francis Robinson, 55, of Dover, arrested on felony 6th Offense DUI and weapons charges following a traffic stop. Troopers observed signs of impairment and open beer cans. A loaded shotgun was recovered from the vehicle. Robinson has five prior DUI convictions and is prohibited from possessing firearms due to a previous violent felony conviction. He was also operating the vehicle in violation of a court order and was found in possession of marijuana. Charged with Possession of a Firearm if Previously Convicted of a Violent Felony, 6th Offense DUI, Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon, and related offenses. Committed to Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $83,700 cash bond.
