Upon arrival, they discovered 27yr old kenneth jackson suffering from having been shot. Mr. Jackson was transported to grant hospital where he succumbed to his wounds and died at 7:08 a.M. The suspect was wearing a black mask and black clothing and fled south and east from the location.Agency
