On may 28, 2017, at approximately 12:21 a.M., columbus police officers were called to the area of 1680 e. Fulton street on the report of gunshots and an unresponsive male lying in the middle of the street. Upon arrival, officers located the victim, later identified as 38yr old anthony lee tolber, unresponsive and suffering from a gunshot wound. Medic 15 responded to the scene and pronounced mr. Tolber deceased at 12:28 am.Agency
