On 10/08/2022, officers were responding to a shotspotter alert of shots fired in the area. Officers arrived and located the victim, 20yr old josiah montgomery, slumped over in a vehicle that had crashed into a sign. It was then discovered that j.M had been shot in the side of the face. Cfd medics responded and transported mr. Montgomery to osu main in critical condition but was then upgraded to stable condition. On saturday, october 15th, 2022, at 6:15pm, montgomery succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased.Agency
