On may 28, 2013 at approximately 11:07 a.M. The victim was found deceased in the drivers seat of a vehicle after he was shot at 4822 south 20th place. Two of the victim’s children were in car seats in the back of the victim’s vehicle and were unharmed. Witnesses heard gunfire from the suspect vehicle and ultimately the victim’s vehicle crashed into a residential fence.Agency
