Daniel lafond was in a tavern in the 3800 block of n. Port washington road on wednesday, july 20, 1977. He had been playing pool with a black male for about 2 ½ hours before leaving. At 2:15 a.M., witnesses heard gunshots behind an apartment building near the tavern. Mr. Lafond’s lifeless body was discovered a short time later in a vacant lot. He had been shot numerous times.Agency
