On january 28, 1991, 37 year old david rector was found by the colorado springs police officers who were dispatched to the university apartments on the report of a dead body. Upon arrival, officers met with a neighbor who related that he had not seen david rector for several days. Concerned about his welfare, he entered the apartment and found the decomposing body of mr. Rector in the living room. Mr. Rector had been fatally stabbed. Anyone with information regarding this case, is asked to please contact the colorado springs police department. .Agency
