On 04-25-2023 at 0144 hours, officers were dispatched to 39 st. And spruce ave. On an event with ems. Upon arrival, officers located the victim just south of 41 st. And spruce ave. Suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Ems confirmed the victim to be deceased on scene. Several spent shell casings were located around the victim.
