On november 1, 2018, at approximately 1506 hours, officers were dispatched to a shooting that just occurred at 115 friendly drive in the breezeway between apartments a-f. Officers located a female who had been shot in the head. Witnesses advised three vehicles had fled the scene after the shots were heard. Medics pronounced the victim deceased at 1515 hours. Witnesses described seeing a blue monte carlo leaving the scene at a high rate of speed right after the shots were heard.Agency
